Here at Robert Simmons, we ae proud to offer our Clients services in Conveyancing, Family, Wills and Probate, Civil Litigation, Commercial Property and Company Commercial Law.

Each department has been carefully crafted to offer our clients the best possible service from the best possible lawyers.

We are very conscious that each individual’s case is unique and we want to make sure that we offer our clients the opportunity to work with someone that truly understands them and their situation.

For this reason, we offer a free half an hour consultation across all departments to provide perspective clients with the opportunity to meet with whomever will be handling their matter from day one, to talk through their matter and discuss costs and other pragmatics before instructing.

Complaints

We are committed to high quality legal advice and client care. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received, then please try and resolve the matter with your fee earner informally, at first. In order that they may understand your complaint they may ask you to put the complaint in writing. They shall then endeavour to resolve the matter, putting their own response in writing. If you still have reason to have a complaint then you may put the complaint to David Simmons.

In the unlikely event that you still remain dissatisfied after this practice’s attempts to resolve the matter you may be entitled to complain to the Legal Ombudsman. Their address is PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ. Once a bill has been issued to you, you may also have the right to object to the bill and apply for an assessment of the bill under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974.

In the event of any claim of liability being made then such claims should be made against the incorporated practice. Whilst your fee earner may express an opinion they do not accept personal liability for any advice given. Solicitors and Solicitors Incorporated Practices are obliged to have relevant professional indemnity insurance and proof of our current insurers shall be provided on request.
